About the Role
Cosmic Centaurs is looking for a curious, ambitious generalist who can join our team as a Senior Consultant while also leading our Business Development and Sales efforts. Their time will be split between delivering high-impact consulting missions that further our mission of building more flexible, high-performing, and happier workplaces, and helping us grow to support more and more teams on that journey.
Within the capacity of business development, this person will be responsible for growing our pipeline, building relationships to expand our network and community, and meeting our ambitious growth targets. They will also help drive our consulting product and IP development strategies including our pricing approaches.
This Centaur should be a well-networked self-starter with the ability to spot opportunities, create relationships with prospective clients, close deals and deliver high-quality consulting work.
One of the main qualities we are looking for is for them to be curious about remote/hybrid work and organizational development and passionate about building better, happier and more resilient organizations. In short they should also think that what we do is really dope.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Business Development (but there is no upper limit), preferably within Entreprise SaaS sales (or other value based sales roles), management consulting or professional services.
