What we’re looking for

Our growing team is looking for a Senior Consultant to join us. You will lead engagements, develop client relationships, and deliver transformative solutions that drive organizational excellence. Beyond this, you will actively participate in several other aspects of our firm's growth and culture, including strategic initiatives, and internal projects.

Role and Responsibilities:

This is a full-time remote role. Here are the primary responsibilities you will take on: 

Client Engagement & Account Management

• Be the client's trusted thinking partner, addressing their needs, objectives, and challenges.

• Lead, oversee, and grow client engagements, guiding them through challenges and implementing solutions.

• Manage cross-functional teams, fostering effective collaboration and resource allocation.

 

Strategy, Planning & Implementation

• Lead junior consultants in comprehensive client assessments through research.

• Extract insights from data and industry trends to drive actionable strategic plans.

• Lead strategic initiatives that propel the client and our company (respectively) towards growth and innovation.

• Co-create clear and actionable implementation plans with clients.

• Execute change management strategies for successful transformations.

• Develop, lead, and facilitate engaging and insightful training and upskilling programs. 

• Continuously measure and assess the impact of initiatives.

 

Business Development & Growth

• Identify and nurture prospective leads and opportunities.

• Develop proposals and pitches to expand our client base.

• Contribute to our firm's growth strategy and execution.

 

External Communications & Impact

• Craft content for thought leadership, including whitepapers, articles, and presentations.

• Enhance our external presence and reputation.

• Ideate and execute impact initiatives in alignment with our mission to support women and youth in Lebanon to (re)enter the workforce.

 

Shape Culture & Practice What We Preach

• Actively engage in internal initiatives to improve our culture, cohesion, and growth.

• Lead by example, embodying our values of curiosity, community, discipline, compassion, creativity, and excellence.

• Share knowledge and insights with the team while actively participating in internal training and development initiatives.

 

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred. 

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting, account management, managerial, or organizational development role.

• A stellar track record of successfully managing complex client engagements.

• Mastery of analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to influence and forge connections.

• Demonstrated leadership prowess, adept at managing the team and resources effectively.

• Ability to effectively work and manage a team in a remote setting.

• Proficiency in data analysis and relevant software tools to decode data.

• Certification in industry methodologies or training programs is a bonus.

• Willingness to travel, as needed, to meet the needs of our clients.
