Documenting our Purpose, Brand & Values ahead of scaling the business
Zension is the region's leading mobile devices warranty and after-sales services systems provider. Since they recently expanded, they needed to document their organizational culture and purpose to support their rapid growth. Zension asked Cosmic Centaurs to support them in clarifying and documenting the Company’s purpose, business strategy, brand, culture and values to ensure a proper delivery of the business goals.
Through a series of executive team workshops, we helped the Zension leadership team download their thoughts around these foundational elements and delivered a comprehensive strategy and brand documentation pack for them to use in their communication with internal and external stakeholders.

This mission was followed by a series of workshops attended by employees to engage them around the organizational strategy and values.

Zension is partnered with the region’s leading Telecommunications and Consumer Electronics Retail & Online Brands providing “store brand” device protection programs and support to fulfill their promise to customers.
