Our work focuses on changing that dynamic. We help regional leaders gain clarity, influence, and ownership by strengthening their capabilities, amplifying their contributions, and building systems that turn global intent into local action.

Regional leaders must drive results, retain talent, and create inclusive cultures, often while navigating complexity and ambiguity. We support them as thinking partners through workshops, coaching, and training to build their capacity to lead strategically, align stakeholders, and communicate with clarity across cross-regional teams.

For example, in our work with a global tech company, we helped regional leaders align with the global strategy by providing a structured framework to develop their local strategies. This included project management and reporting templates, decision-making tools, and trackers to monitor progress. We also created communication templates to help them articulate their initiatives, demonstrate impact, and secure support from global leadership more effectively.
3. Localize Global Initiatives with Credibility
National values often take precedence over corporate culture, making the implementation of global initiatives challenging without thoughtful localization. We encountered this dynamic while supporting a regional subsidiary of a global organization in its efforts to reimagine the future of work. To align global priorities with local realities, we analyzed the subsidiary’s market growth strategy and employee needs. We co-created a work model and workspace tailored to the regional context.
The resulting transition plan, including communications, training, policy, and change management, was recognized by the global leadership as a blueprint for other markets.
4. Clarify Purpose & Focus Efforts
We worked with a regional team within a global tech company that was deeply committed and driving multiple impactful initiatives. Their efforts, while impressive, needed to be more focused and strategically aligned to amplify their impact.
We helped the team leader articulate a clear north star by developing their theory of change, defining a strategic scope of work, and documenting their outputs, outcomes, and long-term impact. We helped them develop a reporting system, an internal comms strategy, and created their first impact report to communicate their contributions internally and externally. The result: sharper focus, stronger alignment, and greater organizational visibility.
5. Build Meaningful Connections Across Borders
In distributed teams, relationships can erode. We helped one team spread across 10+ countries reconnect by introducing shared profiles that revealed personal stories and sparked new bonds, an exercise that inspired our Cosmic Conversations prompt card game.
