Psychological Safety at Work & How We Can Help


When psychological safety is present, people are more likely to show up fully, contribute openly, and do their best work. Over the past five years, psychological safety has been central to our work with leaders and teams, helping assess organizational health, improve team dynamics, and strengthen overall performance.


Google's project Aristotle confirmed that psychological safety was the top driver of team effectiveness, leading to 50% higher revenue and twice the impact compared to less safe teams. Research also shows that teams with high psychological safety see a 50% boost in productivity, a 29% increase in innovation behaviors, and a 27% drop in turnover

1. We measure psychological safety levels 


We begin every engagement by understanding the current state. As the only certified provider of the Psychological Safety Index (PSI) in the region, and the tool’s exclusive Arabic language partner, we help teams and organizations in the region understand how safe their people truly feel. Developed by The Fearless Organization based on the work of Dr. Amy Edmondson, the PSI is a globally recognized scan comprised of 7 questions. It measures perceptions of psychological safety across four domains: inclusion & diversity, willingness to help, attitude toward risk and failure, and open conversation.


We start by unpacking the results with the team leader, followed by a facilitated discussion with the rest of the team. The scan is not a scorecard, it’s a conversation starter into what’s working, what’s missing, and where to go next to improve the team’s success.

We believe psychological safety lives in the everyday moments: how meetings are run, how feedback is given, how ideas are received. That’s why we translate insight into action, tailoring our interventions to the realities of your workplace.

Today’s team leaders are under pressure to deliver results in increasingly competitive environments while navigating growing demands for inclusion and innovation. Many leaders find themselves stuck between balancing performance expectations and team engagement.
