Reflecting on the past year with our Pits & Peaks Workshop

According to a 2020 study by McKinsey, the fundamental elements that improve employee satisfaction and help them perform better are mutual trust, encouragement, empathy, and good communication. This Forbes article also tells us that knowing of other people’s feelings and situations helps you make intelligent decisions that benefit everyone.


With the season of kindness and empathy right around the corner, we have created an end-of-year themed Pits & Peaks workshop, inspired by Patrick Cowden Beyond’s Resonance workshops.


In this workshop, participants will be able to share the highs and lows of the past year in a safe environment. This exercise will enable participants to empathize with each other, connect on a deeper level, and consequently build stronger relationships that increase their satisfaction and productivity.
