At a global social media company, we partnered with senior leadership and L&D teams across regions to ensure the program addressed not just generic leadership skills, but the core business challenges the company faced. To reinforce strategic thinking and collaboration skills, we developed a custom “Snakes & Ladders” simulation for the same client. Designed around timed, high-stakes challenges judged by executives, the experience turned theoretical learning into practical, business-relevant decisions.
