#ReadyToLead Middle Manager Training

Within a growing marketing function at Misk Art Institute, increasing scale and complexity placed new demands on managers. The focus was no longer just on delivering work, but on ensuring that leaders across the team could lead with clarity, confidence, and consistency, enabling stronger ownership and alignment day to day.

Cosmic Centaurs partnered with Ibrahem AlSuhaibani, Director of Marketing and Communications at Misk Art Institute, to deliver #ReadyToLead, a practical leadership program designed to strengthen core manager capabilities, from communication and prioritization to people leadership, and embed tools that could be applied immediately in day-to-day work.

The team now leads with more confidence and alignment. The shared language, tools, and habits we built together continue to shape how we work long after the program ended. It became part of their leadership identity, not just a training activity.

Our Engagement in 5 Questions

1. What challenge(s), problem(s), or pain point(s) were you struggling with before you started working with Cosmic Centaurs?

Before working with you, the main challenge was building sufficient leadership depth within the team. As our work grew in complexity, it became increasingly important to ensure that every manager could lead with clarity, confidence, and consistency. We needed to strengthen core capabilities around communication, prioritization, and people management so the team could operate with greater ownership, alignment, and maturity in their day-to-day leadership.

2. How did Cosmic Centaurs address the identified problem or challenge?

You designed and delivered the #ReadyToLead program with a strong focus on practicality and real-world application. Rather than relying on theory, you equipped managers with clear tools, frameworks, and a shared leadership language they could apply immediately in their day-to-day work.

The program created space for managers to reflect on how they lead, while also building concrete capabilities in communication, prioritization, coaching, and delegation. This combination of structure and human insight helped translate learning into consistent leadership behaviors across the team.

3. What is one thing that surprised you about our partnership?

What surprised me most was how practical and immediately applicable the work was. The program wasn’t theoretical or abstract. The tools translated quickly into real changes in how managers planned, communicated, and led their teams. The team adopted the frameworks faster than expected, which showed how grounded and well-designed the approach was.

4. What stood out to you about our approach and ways of working?

the balance between strategic clarity and a human-centered approach. You took the time to truly understand the team’s context and dynamics, while providing clear structure and direction. The way you worked created trust, encouraged openness, and made it easy for managers to engage, apply the tools, and grow into their leadership roles with confidence.

5. What has changed most in how your managers lead since the program?

The intention and maturity with which managers now lead. They are more deliberate in how they plan, communicate, and coach their teams. They listen more actively, delegate more effectively, and create space for their people to grow. The shared language, tools, and habits introduced through the program continue to shape how they lead day to day — without prompting — which shows that the learning has truly stuck.
