About the Role 

You'll play a crucial role in supporting our CEO and senior leaders while contributing to our marketing and business development efforts. Your ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively will be essential in ensuring our team's success. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for supporting executive leaders and contributing to business growth, we welcome you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a remote and part-time role. This requires excellent self-management, time management, and great communication skills.
Your tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Executive Support: Proactively manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO and senior leaders, including preparing, attending, and developing meeting materials (agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports.)

  • Organizational Cadence: Ensure the internal rituals and processes of the company are on schedule including but not limited to performance review cycles, team rituals, strategy review sessions, and/or updates to company-wide documentation

  • Marketing: Social media content publishing and community management. 

  • Business Development: Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities. Assist in identifying and pursuing new business leads, partnerships, and customer acquisition. Initial outreach and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.

  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary services or supplies for the firm. This may include negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and monitoring service delivery.

  • Financial Management: Support financial activities, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring. Maintain product inventory, accounting and timely financial reporting.


What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, English Literature, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Experience in administration and operations coordination with meticulous attention to detail. 

  • Strong research skills to identify potential business opportunities and support business development efforts

    Proficient in English, and fluency in Arabic is a plus for engaging with regional clients.

  • Experience or familiarity with G-Drive, and CRM systems and tools . 

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a small team environment.

  • Interest in organizational development, leadership, workplace culture, or related fields.
