About the Role 

As a Junior Consultant, you'll play a vital role in driving impactful projects to help build organizations that thrive. We value proactive and curious individuals who challenge the status quo and seek continuous learning. Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote role. Here are the primary responsibilities you will take on:

Research

Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research to provide valuable insights for client projects.

 

Data Analysis & Visualization

Extract insights from the data, visualize findings, and identify any trends and patterns for data-driven decision-making.

 

Presentation Building

Create and present findings and recommendations to share with clients.

 

Project Management

Assist senior consultants with project management tasks, including planning, timeline management, and resource allocation.

 

Collaboration

Work with cross-functional teams to brainstorm innovative solutions and develop actionable recommendations for clients.

 

Content Creation

All employees create articles and worksheets to be published on our website. Not everyone can afford our services and content is one way we share what we learn with the world and develop thought leadership.

 

You will work across a mix of internal and external projects that include (but are not limited to):

Consulting missions: Supporting teams to strategize, recommend, implement, and measure our consulting services

 

Training Programs & Workshops: Developing content and supporting with facilitating workshops for leaders and teams

 

Strategy & Planning: All consultants play a role in developing and executing our annual strategy

 

CSR: Help us scale our impact and promote The Cosmic Centaurs Fund and other CSR initiatives

 

Business Development Initiatives & Proposal Development

 

Culture Building: We practice what we preach, and we expect our Consultants to play an active role in creating a meaningful employee experience for our organization

 

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.

• Experience in project management and research, even through academic projects or internships.

• Basic data analysis and visualization skills using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or Tableau.

• Proficient in English, and fluency in Arabic is a plus for engaging with regional clients.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a small team environment.
