Q. Should my company be a certain size?
A. Your organization must have 60+ employees to participate in the Global Research Report.
Q. Who should participate?
A. We recommend inviting all employees, regardless of seniority or function, to get the clearest picture of your organization’s psychological safety.
Q. How long does the survey take to answer?
A. On average, the survey takes 7–10 minutes to complete.
Q. In what languages is the survey available?
A. The survey is available in 30+ languages including English and Arabic.
Methodology & Credibility
Q. What assessment scale does the survey use?
A. The assessment is based on the globally recognized Fearless Organization Scan, created by Harvard Professor Amy Edmondson, the world’s leading authority on psychological safety.
Q. How reliable are the results?
A. The scan has been validated with thousands of teams worldwide and is recognized for its scientific rigor and organizational impact.
Data & Reporting
Q. How will we receive our results?
A. You will receive a custom organizational report in PowerPoint format, with clear charts and insights into your team’s psychological safety.
Q. Can we compare our results internally (e.g., between departments)?
A. Yes, if you choose, results can be broken down by department or function, provided the group size is large enough to maintain anonymity.
Q. What happens to our data after the scan?
A. All data is securely stored, anonymized, and used only for the purposes of the global study. It will not be shared outside the scope of this research.
Q. Are all answers confidential?
A. Yes, we do not have access to individual answers. Note that the Fearless Organization is compliant with GDPR rules and no personal information is collected.
Q. Will you need employees' email addresses?
A. The survey can be generated using employees' email addresses or through a link.
